What does Payline mean?

Payline is the designated line where payouts are awarded for winning combinations. Generally, the more lines you play, the higher your chances of winning, but keep in mind that playing more lines also increases the cost per spin.

To understand all possible wins and payouts, it’s advisable to check the paytable, usually accessible on the main gaming screen. The paytable provides details on paylines, payout odds, winning combinations, and additional information, including how to participate in bonus events.

What is the wagering requirement?

The wagering requirement, or turnover requirement, is the number of times you need to play through a deposit or bonus before you can withdraw any winnings. There are two scenarios:

  1. Without applying for any promotion: If you deposit ₫ 500 without a promotion, you must meet a 1x wagering requirement. This means you need to play ₫500 on any games before you can withdraw any winnings.
  2. Applying for a promotion: If you receive a casino bonus of ₫500 with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to wager at least ₫5,000 on qualifying games before you can withdraw any winnings.

* Note: Some games may not fully contribute to the wagering requirement, and standard game weightings could apply. Always check the terms and conditions for specifics.

What is RNG, and how do they work?

RNG, or Random Number Generator, is a mathematical system used to create random sequences of numbers. In casinos, these numbers might appear as a cherry on slot reels, red on a roulette wheel, or an ace in a card game. RNGs are the modern version of ancient randomness devices like dice, shuffled cards, coin tosses, or drawing straws. They are vital for ensuring fairness and unpredictability in all non-live casino games.

All our games, apart from Live Casino offerings, use an RNG to determine outcomes for each hand or spin. This means that outcomes are free from any external influence, providing a fair and unbiased gaming experience.
