FAQ Type: Withdrawal PKR

To withdraw funds, follow these steps:

1. Complete Your Account Verification:
   • Update your date of birth
   • Verify your phone number
2. Have at Least One Deposit Record:
   • Ensure you have made at least one deposit into your account.
3. Meet Wagering Requirements:
   • If you’ve made a deposit, you need to complete a 1x wagering requirement on the deposit amount.
   • If you’ve used a bonus, you must meet the bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing.

Withdrawals are processed within 4 to 24 hours after your request. We aim to handle them as quickly as possible. However, during busy times, it might take 10 to 15 minutes or longer.

Sometimes, due to bank limits or high transaction volumes, the funds may not clear immediately even if the transaction status shows ‘Success’. If this happens, it might take 3 to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account. Contact us via Live Chat if the issue isn’t resolved in this time frame and provide your bank statement in PDF format.

• Go to My Account > Transaction Records.
• Click on Filter, select all, and load the history.
• If the withdrawal status is Verified or Pending, contact Live Chat to cancel the request.

Here are common reasons:

• An ongoing promotion or bonus hasn’t been completed (check My Account > Turnover).
• 1x turnover requirement isn’t met.
• Your mobile number isn’t verified.
• You have another pending withdrawal request (only one withdrawal request can be processed at a time).
