How can I cancel my withdrawal request

To cancel your withdrawal request, follow these steps:

1. Go to “My Account.”
2. Click on “Transaction Records.”
3. Click on the filter option, then select “All,” and load the transaction history.

* Make sure to contact the customer care agent once you are able to see your withdrawal process as verified/pending to complete the cancellation request.
