Why can’t I make a withdrawal?

You may not be able to withdraw funds in the following cases:

2. 1x Turnover Requirement Not Completed:
   • Ensure that you have completed the required turnover (wagering) as per the promotion’s terms before attempting to withdraw.
3. Mobile Number Not Verified:
   • Your mobile number must be verified before initiating a withdrawal. Please verify it through the appropriate section in your account settings.
4. Already One Withdrawal Request Pending:
   • You can only have one withdrawal request in the queue at a time. Wait until your current withdrawal request is processed before initiating another one.
